On completion of this course, the students will be able to:

 

CO 1: Identify and recognize the various levels at which strategic decision making happens in an organization.

CO 2: Discuss and define the factors that shape the SWOT analysis of a firm.

CO 3:  Develop an environment  appraisal that will lead to formulation of strategic plans. CO 4: Analyze the suitability  of strategies that firms have developed in the real world scenario to achieve valuable outcomes.

CO 5: Understand the importance of CSR activities and analyze strategies.

CO 6: Analyze the CSR activities and understand the importance of corporate sustainability

Approach in teaching: Interactive Lectures using whiteboards, Discussion, Tutorials, Reading assignments, Demonstration, Team teaching, Short Quiz consisting of numerical problems
