Objective of the Workshop/seminar/activity

The objective of the "Untangle Human Knot" game was to enhance teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills among MBA students by encouraging them to work collaboratively in a fun, engaging environment. The game also aimed at breaking ice between students and fostering stronger interpersonal relationships.

Summary/ Description

The "Untangle Human Knot" is a physical team-building activity where participants stand in a circle, randomly grab each other’s hands, and work together to untangle themselves without breaking the chain. The activity began with a brief explanation of the rules, followed by the students forming groups. Each group then attempted to untangle themselves within a given time limit. The students demonstrated creativity and persistence while navigating the complexity of the human knot, leading to a successful and enjoyable learning experience.

The activity led to improved teamwork, communication, and leadership skills among the participants.
