Objective of the Workshop/seminar/activity

To aware students about Motor Vehicle Act.

Summary/ Description

 Adv. Surya Pratap Singh Rajawat from the Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur, conducted an informative lecture on the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. He emphasized the importance of safety measures such as wearing helmets and seat belts to prevent injuries. He introduced the Golden Hour concept (1-2 PM) where 108 ambulances are available to provide crucial emergency care to road accident victims. He discussed community service as a new form of punishment and the significance of providing designated rest areas for drivers.
 

Outcome of the workshop/seminar/activity

Students of MBA Semester 1 understood the  Golden Hour concept and the importance of

prompt medical care for accident victims.
