Export handling: Set up, Obtaining PAN Card, Obtaining IEC number, Obtaining RCMC (Registration Cum Membership Certificate), export documents, selecting INCOTERMS, Customs and Regulations, Government grants.
Staff management: Hiring right people, Training, Understanding personalities, Delegation of authority, measuring performance, rewards and recognition.
Implement Training in Start-up: Identify skill gaps, Analyse the relevant market, carry out competitive analysis, Model the Business, Launching the startup in domestic and international market.
