Objective of the Activity:   The aim was to instill and inculate managerial skills among students through team building activities and others, to increase cohesiveness among students. Also, to give practical insight on how a factory works and what is the role of various officials at Birla Textile Mills.

Day Wise Summary/Description:      27^th October: Jaipur-Chandigarh                       Students assembled at 5:00 p.m. at IIS (Deemed to be University) for attendance count and collecting refreshment for the journey. Departure by Garib Rath at 8:00 p.m. from Jaipur railway station and students has homemade dinner laughing and chatting from easch other’s tiffin in train.                                            28^th October: Chandigarh –Campaign Site                                                                      Arrived Chandigarh station at morning at 6:30 a.m., boarded luxury A.C. bus (2x2). Delicious Breakfast at hotel in Chandigarh then drive to Shogi (approx. 100 kms, 4 hrs). At arrival to site. There was a 300m walk downwards to the camp site where welcome drink was served and students were instructed about the activities, they would be carrying for 2 days stay along with general instructions for their conduct during their stay. After the tent allotment, students were given time for freshening up and then the lunch was served. Post lunch, the teams were involved in Ice breaking sessions and light nature walk at evening to acclimatize. After return to camp, musical nights were organized where students enjoyed and danced joyously. Dinner and overnight at base camp

 29^th October: Camp (full day of trekking and wilderness)                                                                      Post breakfast, departure for an exciting Half Day trek starting at 9:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. afternoon, crossing hills, reaching top, waterfall, misty meadows etc. After lunch, there were adventure activities, rope course-Survival in wilderness and then students also made Maggie in teams. Post high tea, Bonfire and Songs around the fire. Dinner and overnight in tents.

30^th October: Industrial visit to Birla Textile Mills                                                                      After breakfast at 9:00 a.m., checkout and drive to Baddi for industrial visit, Lunch at hotel. Students then visited the industry to gain  practical view of the working of the management and interacted with the HR there for learning more through questioning. The bus then boarded to Chandigarh station. At the arrival to the station, students were served packed dinner in train. Dinner & Overnight journey by train to Jaipur.

 31^st October: Jaipur

 Arrive Jaipur in the morning at 6:30 AM, drop at railway station/University.
