Summary/ Description:

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. There are three levels of Mediations: Stage 1 - Dharana (Concentration) Stage 2 - Dhyana (Meditation) Stage 3 - Samadhi (Absorption)
The sound of Om is a sacred syllable that is considered to be the primordial sound from which all other sounds and creation emerge. According to the Big Bang theory, Om is the cosmic sound that started the creation of the universe. Mindful Meditations helps in: 1. Reduces stress · 2. Controls anxiety · 3. Supports emotional health 4. Enhances self-awareness
