Project Work (Practical)

On completion of this course, the students will be able to;

CO13: Analyze the role of retail franchising and relationship marketing on development of retail enterprises.

CO14: Evaluate the effectiveness of                  Retail Management Information System.

 CO15:          Develop the Human Resource capacity in retail enterprises by formulating effective strategies.

CO16: Demonstrate  the role of communication and soft skills in retail management. 

CO17: Design a research project to investigate a specific aspect of advance retail management and communication and soft skill development.

Approach in teaching: Interactive Lectures, Discussion, Tutorials, Reading assignments, Demonstration, Team teaching

Each student will be required to do case studies, Field Work, Project related to Advanced Retail Management, including retail franchising, relationship marketing, retail management information system, HRM in retail, communication and soft skill development.
They will be required to prepare and submit a report file on the same for internal evaluation as well as external evaluation. The panel of examiners will evaluate the practical file.
