  1.    To acquire the basic knowledge of on Human Resource Management and Social and Economic Characteristics of Industrial Labour in India
  2.     To Enhance knowledge about Human Resource Planning and Demand & Supply Theory of wages
  3. To Gain practical knowledge on Job Analysis, Labour Recruitment and Selection of selected organizations with the help of cases of specific organisation.
  4. To Develop an understanding about measurement and determinants of labour productivity
  5. To Develop insights about problems faced by Rural/Agricultural Labour in India and measures to improve their conditions.
