 Performance appraisal system implementation: Defining performance, determinants of performance, performance dimensions, approaches to measuring performance, diagnosing the causes of poor performance, differentiating task from contextual performance, choosing a performance measurement approach. Measuring results and behaviours, gathering performance information, implementing performance management system.
