CO 2: Understand the importance and relationship between training and learning in organizations, and their role in employee development and performance improvement.

CO 3: Examine the role of technology in training and learning, including e-learning and the use of technology-enabled platforms and tools for training delivery.

CO 4: Critically assess the quality and effectiveness of training outcomes, using various methods and criteria

CO 5: Analyze the importance of focusing on content relevance and the use of multiple delivery methods in learning and development initiatives.

CO 6: Understand best practices in evaluation, including the use of evaluation frameworks.
