  1. To develop the understanding of the concept of human resource management and to understand its relevance in organizations.
  2. To integrate human resources planning with the strategic initiatives of senior management to achieve overall business objectives
  3. Ability to plan human resources, job analysis process and implement methods of job design 
  4. To analysis the process and  practices of recruitment  in India
  5. To  know the techniques of selection and design various placement polices.
