Orientation Session

Department of HRM & IB organized an orientation session on 22th July, 2016 for all the UG and PG students of the department in the AV Hall. The basic idea of organizing this session was to provide a common platform to all students of the department for interacting with each other. There were various activities and games organized in this session.

The session begin with the welcome note given by Dr. Seema Singh Rathore (HOD, Dept. of HRM & IB) followed by an introductory session about the department. It was followed by a presentation on Time Management given by former HOD Dr. Ankita Jain (Senior Associate Professor). Thereafter, various games and activities were organized to break the ice among the students and to make them interact with each other. The basic purpose of these activities was to enhance the analytical, interpersonal and logical skills of students. They also aimed to improve the team working and role playing among students.

All the students actively participated in the event and had a great time.
